C'est un cadre puissant pour concevoir des formations, des communications et des syst\u00e8mes de travail qui profitent \u00e0 davantage de personnes d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans cette s\u00e9ance, nous pr\u00e9sentons les principes fondamentaux de la Conception Universelle pour l'Apprentissage (CUA) et les appliquons \u00e0 l'embauche, \u00e0 l'int\u00e9gration, au d\u00e9veloppement professionnel et aux communications internes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les participants vont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apprendre les trois principes fondamentaux de la conception universelle de l'apprentissage<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifier les obstacles courants \u00e0 l'apprentissage et \u00e0 la communication en milieu de travail<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explorer des exemples pratiques pertinents pour les employeurs<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9velopper une action concr\u00e8te \u00e0 appliquer dans leur organisation<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette session est id\u00e9ale pour les professionnels des RH, les responsables de la formation et du d\u00e9veloppement, les managers, et toute personne responsable de la formation ou des communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nos ateliers de perfectionnement sont con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre tr\u00e8s interactifs.
