Il se produit lorsque les gens ont les outils, la confiance et les strat\u00e9gies n\u00e9cessaires pour passer des id\u00e9es \u00e0 l'action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette cohorte mixte de quatre semaines combine un apprentissage \u00e0 votre rythme avec des points de contact virtuels en direct au d\u00e9but et \u00e0 la fin du programme. Les participants exploreront comment obtenir l'adh\u00e9sion, g\u00e9rer la r\u00e9sistance, cr\u00e9er des plans d'action concrets, mesurer les progr\u00e8s et maintenir l'\u00e9lan au fil du temps.
