Son parcours n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 lin\u00e9aire, mais plut\u00f4t fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 par la curiosit\u00e9, la r\u00e9silience et un amour sinc\u00e8re pour l'apprentissage. Apr\u00e8s avoir valid\u00e9 deux ans de son dipl\u00f4me, elle a fait une pause dans ses \u00e9tudes universitaires pour se tourner vers la cosm\u00e9tologie, obtenant un dipl\u00f4me de coiffeuse professionnelle avant de retourner \u00e0 Dalhousie pour achever ce qu'elle avait commenc\u00e9. Son parcours atypique lui a conf\u00e9r\u00e9 une perspective unique et une profonde reconnaissance des multiples fa\u00e7ons dont les gens apprennent, grandissent et tissent des liens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur le plan professionnel, Tyra associe de solides comp\u00e9tences organisationnelles \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, \u00e0 l'empathie et \u00e0 un engagement en faveur d'un changement significatif. Elle aime rassembler les gens, transformer les id\u00e9es en actions et trouver des moyens pratiques de rendre les lieux de travail, les communaut\u00e9s et les environnements d'apprentissage plus inclusifs et accessibles. Qu'il s'agisse de coordonner des projets, de d\u00e9velopper des ressources ou de soutenir les autres dans l'ombre, elle aborde chaque opportunit\u00e9 avec enthousiasme, r\u00e9flexion et un esprit de collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tyra est convaincue que l'apprentissage est un parcours de toute une vie et trouve du plaisir \u00e0 aider les autres \u00e0 apprendre et \u00e0 grandir \u00e0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Elle se passionne pour la cr\u00e9ation d'espaces o\u00f9 chacun se sent valoris\u00e9, inclus et habilit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir.
