Sa mission professionnelle et personnelle est de faire conna\u00eetre l'\u00c9vangile du langage clair comme un droit \u00e0 l'accessibilit\u00e9 et une pratique d\u00e9colonisatrice. Erin d\u00e9veloppe et dispense des formations en langage clair et sur d'autres sujets li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l'accessibilit\u00e9, seule ou en collaboration avec Sea Change CoLab. Depuis plus d'une d\u00e9cennie, elle offre des services de consultation en communication aux secteurs de l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, des affaires, des organismes sans but lucratif et du gouvernement. Erin a \u00e9t\u00e9 une leader et une collaboratrice cl\u00e9 dans de nombreux projets ax\u00e9s sur l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 \u2014 en tant que dirigeante d'organisme sans but lucratif, consultante priv\u00e9e et b\u00e9n\u00e9vole.
