Son travail se concentre sur la conception et la mise en \u0153uvre d'initiatives qui am\u00e9liorent l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'information, renforcent les liens communautaires et aident les gens \u00e0 naviguer plus facilement dans les syst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plus r\u00e9cemment, Olya a travaill\u00e9 dans le secteur des VBG, o\u00f9 elle a dirig\u00e9 des programmes communautaires qui ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 des espaces \u00e0 faible barri\u00e8re et centr\u00e9s sur les relations pour les femmes nouvellement arriv\u00e9es.
