Skill Builders

Measuring What Matters

Thursday, Sept 17th, 1-3 pm AST

How do you know if your accessibility efforts are making a difference?

This practical skill builder explores simple and meaningful ways to measure accessibility and inclusion. Learn how to move beyond attendance numbers, identify useful indicators, and use stories and data to demonstrate impact and guide decision-making.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Create a simple framework for measuring accessibility efforts.
  • Identify meaningful indicators of accessibility and inclusion.
  • Distinguish between activity measures and impact measures.
  • Use stories and data to demonstrate progress.

Our skill builders are designed to be highly interactive. Each session includes breakout group discussions to encourage knowledge exchange and create space for participants to learn from one another’s experiences and perspectives. Following the session, participants receive a “learn more” document and additional resources, so even if you are unable to attend live, we encourage you to register.
