  • Identify common barriers that can limit participation and strategies to remove them at each stage of event planning.
  • Apply accessibility best practices to real scenarios, from scheduling and registration to venue setup, online platforms, and communication.
  • Practice respectful communication and coordination with participants and service providers to ensure inclusive participation for all attendees.
