Leading Change for Accessibility: Moving Accessibility from Intention to Action

Date: October 8th – 29th, 2026 | Time: Any time | Location: Online

Accessibility change does not happen through training alone. It happens when people have the tools, confidence, and strategies to move ideas into action.

This four-week blended cohort combines self-paced learning with live virtual touchpoints at the beginning and end of the program. Participants will explore how to build buy-in, navigate resistance, create practical action plans, measure progress, and sustain momentum over time. Along the way, they will have opportunities to reflect, apply concepts within their own organization, and learn from the experiences of others.

Participants will leave with a clearer roadmap for advancing accessibility within their organization, along with practical tools and resources to support implementation.

Perfect for leaders, managers, HR professionals, accessibility champions, and anyone responsible for driving accessibility initiatives.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this cohort, participants will be able to:

  • Assess their organization’s readiness for accessibility change.
  • Apply strategies to build buy-in and influence decision-makers.
  • Develop a practical accessibility action plan.
  • Identify meaningful ways to measure progress and sustain momentum.
