Building accessibility confidence, one workplace at a time

The Accessibility Confident Employers Project has spent the past three years working alongside employers, community partners, and accessibility champions to help create more inclusive workplaces across Nova Scotia.

This Year 3 Report shares what we’ve learned, what we’ve accomplished, and where this work is headed next. Inside, you’ll find stories, insights, and practical examples of how employers are moving from good intentions to meaningful action.

The evaluation included:

• 46 survey respondents representing a range of sectors, organizational roles, and regions
• 3 in-depth, independent focus groups with participants engaged in ACE programming
• 155 training evaluation surveys collected over a three-year period
