Accessibility change does not happen through training alone. It happens when people have the tools, confidence, and strategies to move ideas into action.
This four-week blended cohort combines self-paced learning with live virtual touchpoints at the beginning and end of the program. Participants will explore how to build buy-in, navigate resistance, create practical action plans, measure progress, and sustain momentum over time. Along the way, they will have opportunities to reflect, apply concepts within their own organization, and learn from the experiences of others.
Participants will leave with a clearer roadmap for advancing accessibility within their organization, along with practical tools and resources to support implementation.
